Hudson provides real estate development and advisory services to individuals and investors, as well as for its own development projects. These services include project management, scheduling, financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, design team oversight, and construction management.
CONSTRUCTION
Hudson builds homes with exceptional craftsmanship, using skilled tradesmen, traditional techniques and the most current building science. Our team has the architectural knowledge and attention to detail required to translate the design vision of the most exacting Architects. We prefer a collaborative approach, working early in the design process to provide guidance on constructibility and cost.
DESIGN | BUILD
Hudson offers turnkey residential Design-Build services in Austin, Texas. With a Design-Build contract, Hudson will manage every aspect of the process, from assembling your design team and obtaining permits, through construction completion and all steps in between - under a single contract. We do not use in-house architects for our design/build services - rather, we work with a list of exceptional architects in the Austin area who are ultimately chosen by our clients.
OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE
As Owners Representative, Hudson can assist you in contracting or coordinating the various members of the design or construction process. Hudson can act on your behalf to oversee the general contractor, providing regular inspections and reporting to absentee owners.
